Dear students,

Prepare an oral presentation (powerpoint or similar) about the following topic:

Choose a real character (a scientist, a singer, a writer....) and tell us about his/her life. You can start with the biography and then speak about his work, his influence, his way of life...

As an example, if you choose a singer or a writer, you could comment about an extract from a book, the lyrics....

You should tell us why you choose this character and look for information which is not commonly known.

Presentations will be done in class on the 24/05.

Write an opinion essay about the film we saw the last day in class (Gangs of New York, M.Scorsese)
Length: 200 words
It has to be a personal opinion and you can focus on characters, the atmosphere, the story.....

Oral Presentation B2

Prepare an oral presentation (powerpoint or similar) about the following topic:

Choose a country you would like to visit and give information on places of interest, culture, people, accomodation, entertainment, sports....

See it as a little guide that would help us to travel and why we should go there.

Remember that it is an oral presentation, so do not write too much text on the slides. You will have to speak for about 5mn. If you have any doubts, contact me by email.
